Scheduled routes
Recurring stops on an agreed pattern between facilities in the towns listed for service. A route is reserved only after PathSure confirms it. Submitting an inquiry does not hold a vehicle or a time.
Client-packaged
Routine clinical specimens
Routine ambient or refrigerated specimens, packaged by the sending facility under that facility’s lab-approved handling instructions. PathSure carries the closed package. It does not choose the packing method, open the container, or give laboratory instructions. Frozen shipments and dry ice are not carried.
Facility freight
Supplies and small equipment
Medical supplies and small equipment a facility can hand off as courier freight, when they are not on the exclusion list. This is not installation, not a clinical procedure, and not a ride for a person.
When it fits
Courier overflow
Overflow runs for the same in-scope cargo, when they fit a scheduled route. Overflow is not a standing backup and not an on-demand desk. No partner is named here.
