How it works

An inquiry, then a confirmed route.

PathSure confirms availability before a route is reserved. This website does not track a package or offer a customer login.

  1. 1

Confirm the cargo is in scope

The shipment needs to be scheduled-route cargo: client-packaged routine ambient or refrigerated specimens, medical supplies, small equipment, or courier overflow of that same cargo. Anything on the exclusion list is declined.

  2. 2

    The sender packages it

Specimens stay client-packaged under the sending facility’s lab-approved handling instructions. This website does not provide packing steps, temperature settings, or labels.

  3. 3

    Send an inquiry

The quote form asks for the business, a work contact, the town, the planned frequency, and the cargo category. It is not a place for patient identifiers or clinical details. An inquiry does not reserve a route.

  4. 4

    PathSure confirms availability

A route, a time, and any rate are confirmed only in a later reply. This site does not state certifications, insurance, or round-the-clock coverage.

  5. 5

Tracking is not on this website

There is no customer login and no shipment tracker here. If accounts or scan status are offered later, they would be through a vetted courier platform.
