FAQs

Straight answers about routes and cargo.

These answers describe the service and its limits. They do not state certifications, insurance, or prices.

Does the quote form reserve a route?

No. The form sends a route inquiry when email delivery is configured and the mail provider accepts it. PathSure still has to confirm that a route is available. Acceptance by the mail provider is not a reserved stop.

Is this patient transport?

No. PathSure carries cargo between facilities: client-packaged specimens, medical supplies, and small equipment. It does not carry patients.

What cargo do you carry?

Scheduled routes; routine ambient or refrigerated clinical specimens that the client packages under lab-approved handling; medical supplies; small equipment; and courier overflow for that same in-scope cargo.

What will you not carry?

Category A infectious substances, organs, regulated medical waste, radioactive material, frozen or dry-ice shipments, and patients. Those limits are the scope of the service. They are not a certification or a permit claim.

Do you offer round-the-clock or STAT service?

No. Service is scheduled routes arranged in advance. Same-day and STAT availability are not offered.

Which towns are on the list?

Columbia, Spring Hill, Franklin, Lewisburg, Shelbyville, Murfreesboro, Tullahoma, Manchester, Fayetteville, and Winchester. A named town is served when a route is available. It is not a promise that every facility in that town is included, and it is not a mileage radius.

Where is PathSure based?

Outside Chapel Hill, Tennessee. That is the home base. Chapel Hill is not added as a service town by that sentence.

How should specimens be packaged?

By the sending facility, under its own lab-approved handling instructions, for routine ambient or refrigerated transport. PathSure does not repackage clinical specimens or publish packing directions.

Is there tracking or a customer login?

Not on this website. There is no account and no shipment record here. A later portal, if one is used, would be a vetted courier platform.

Why are there no prices, certifications, or insurance statements?

Prices are quoted when a route is confirmed, not published here. This site does not state certifications, insurance, or HIPAA compliance.

What does the quote form ask for?

The business name, your name, a work email, an optional work phone, the service town, the planned frequency, and the cargo category. Do not enter patient identifiers, specimen identifiers, or clinical details. If email delivery is not configured, the form says the inquiry was not delivered.

What is the website address?

pathsuremedical.com. Hosting and DNS are part of going live. This site does not publish a phone number or a street address.
